Przystań Drozdy cooperates with local entities providing services and supporting tourist activities. During your stay, we invite you to use the Finnish sauna located in the heart of the Knyszyn Forest, away from the hustle and bustle of cities.
During your stay, we invite you to take advantage of the so-called sauna ritual. Finnish sauna. The treatment is recommended for the treatment of many diseases.
Sauna improves mood and increases the body’s resistance. It fights colds and infections, helps regain vitality. It’s best to come with a good company, persuade your friends.

The sauna is located in a friendly agritourism farm located in the heart of the Knyszynska Forest.
Stage one: Body heating
Entering a room heated to a temperature of 80-100 degrees Celsius. We heat our sauna with pine wood. This stage takes 8-12 minutes.
Stage Two: Body Cooling
In the open air, a barrel and a pond with cold water are prepared. Cooling should take up to 10 minutes.
